How do I get my file?
Right after checkout you'll see a download link on the order confirmation page, and we also email you a download link.
I didn't get the download email
Download emails sometimes land in spam, junk, or the Promotions tab, so please check there first. If it's not there, contact us or email david@kirwancomputer.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
Can I print more than once?
Yes. You can print as many copies as you need for your own household or business.
Can I fill it in on a tablet?
Yes. The PDFs work in apps like GoodNotes, Notability, or Adobe Acrobat. You can also print them.
What paper size are they?
US Letter (8.5 x 11 in).
Do you ship anything?
No. Every product is a digital download, so there are no shipping charges.
Can I get a refund?
Because files can't be returned, all sales are final. If a file won't download or open, you were charged twice, or you bought the wrong guide and haven't downloaded it yet, we'll make it right. See our Refund policy.
Is it safe to use the password log book?
It's meant for hints, not full passwords. Keep it somewhere secure.
