Refund policy

Digital downloads. Every product in our store is a digital PDF file, delivered right away by download link (on the order confirmation page and by email). Because a file can't be returned once it's delivered, all sales are final.

We'll make it right if your file won't download or open, you were charged twice, or you bought the wrong guide by mistake and haven't downloaded it yet. Email david@kirwancomputer.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number, and we'll resend the file, swap it, or refund you.
